As the Chief Executive Officer and founder of World of Braiding & Extensions, she has helped millions of people across the world with the skill of Natural Hair Care, Braiding, Weaving and adding Extensions to hair. Working with braids in particular is one of Joy’s favourite skills only in addition to natural hair care and adding various types of hair extensions as is the case with most of her clients including Stephanie who was one of the participants at the Miss England Beauty pageant 2013.
